Terms of service
Effective August 30, 2026. These terms apply to use of mediapillars.us and to services purchased from Media Pillars, LLC.
Monthly plans
Monthly services are billed automatically each month to the card on file. Either party may end a plan with 30 days' written notice, including by text or email. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once work has begun, except as stated in a written offer (for example, the seven-day waiver).
One-time work
Website builds, rescues, speed work and other one-time projects are quoted as a flat fee in writing and paid in full before work starts. The scope in the written quote is the scope; changes are quoted separately. We continue revising within scope until the deliverable matches the quote.
Guarantees
The Customer Wake-Up Campaign guarantee (five booked appointments or the fee refunded) and the Speed Optimization guarantee (measurable improvement or the fee refunded) are honored as written on their service pages. No other results, rankings or revenue outcomes are guaranteed.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate business information, timely approvals and lawful content. You confirm that you have consent to contact the customers whose information you provide to us for texting or email campaigns.
Ownership
Websites, content and accounts built for you belong to you once paid for. Platform subscriptions (for example, the CRM and AI assistant) are licensed for the duration of your plan. Media Pillars retains its tools, templates and know-how.
Third-party platforms
Services depend on providers such as Google, HighLevel, telephony carriers and hosting companies. Outages or policy changes by those providers are outside our control; we will work to restore service promptly.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Media Pillars' total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington County, New York.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
