A veteran-owned agency that builds the site, answers the phone and stays reachable

Media Pillars started in Saratoga Springs in 2015 with one client site. Eleven years later it manages websites, search visibility and AI-run front offices for more than thirty-five local businesses — and the founder is still one call away — the AI line answers first, Frank answers when it's him you need.

What we believe about local business marketing

Most local businesses don't need more marketing. They need the calls they already get answered, the website they already have found, and the customers they already served asked for a review. We build systems that do those three things reliably and then stay out of the way.

We don't sell contracts. We don't inflate reports. We tell you when a vendor is wasting your money, including when that vendor is us. And we work inside the tools you already run — WordPress, Google, HighLevel, your dispatch software — instead of forcing a migration.

Founder and owner

Frank Davis

Frank is a service-disabled veteran who has built and managed websites for local businesses since 2015. He also serves as sales and marketing manager for a regional Mitsubishi Diamond Elite HVAC contractor, running its sales team, reporting and digital presence — which is why Media Pillars' advice tends to sound like it came from someone who has quoted a furnace at a kitchen table.

He works from Granville, NY. The 24-hour AI line answers first and books the meeting; call his direct number and it's Frank who picks up. He reviews every client system personally.

How we work

  1. Listen first

A 15-minute walkthrough about your business, your phones and your goals — not a sales pitch.

  2. Build and connect

Website, AI, calendar, reviews and analytics wired together on your existing tools.

  3. Watch and tune

Every system is monitored daily, adjusted from real transcripts and data, and reported monthly in plain English.

Good fit, bad fit

We're best for owner-run local businesses that want the phone answered and the website found without adding staff. We're the wrong choice for companies that want an in-house-style agency with weekly meetings and a large ad budget to manage.

Good fit

  • Trades and service businesses
  • Professional offices
  • Restaurants, venues and nonprofits
  • Retail and small online stores

Probably not

  • Businesses that only want ad management
  • Companies that need on-site staff
  • Anyone who wants a contract instead of results

About Media Pillars

How big is Media Pillars?

One owner, a small bench of trusted specialists for design and development, and an AI platform doing the round-the-clock work. Big enough to build anything a local business needs; small enough that you know who you're talking to.

Why should a contractor trust an agency?

Because the owner of this one also manages sales for an HVAC company. He knows what a missed call costs and what a bad website does to a rep's day.

Where are you located?

Headquarters is 14 Upper Turnpike Road in Granville, NY, on the Vermont border. The company started in Saratoga Springs in 2015 and kept a permanent HUBZone office in Cairo, NY in the Catskills.

Are you really available 24/7?

The AI line is. Frank is available during business hours and for anything urgent by text.

Do you outsource the work?

Strategy, setup, monitoring and client contact are handled by Frank. Specialized design or development is done by a small group of long-standing collaborators, never an anonymous marketplace.

See it answer a call before you decide
