Do you come on site?
Yes, across Washington, Warren, Saratoga, Rensselaer, Albany, Schenectady and Greene counties in New York and Rutland, Addison and Bennington counties in Vermont. Elsewhere, we work by video and phone.
Is there a travel charge?
No for the counties above. For the rest of the region we usually meet by video, which most owners prefer anyway.
Can you handle a business with several locations?
Yes. Each location gets its own Business Profile management and town pages, and calls route to the right office.
Do you work outside New York and Vermont?
Yes — our client list includes Florida, Maryland and Pennsylvania. The systems we install are location-independent.
